If when Harper walked out of the meeting to announce that he was shutting down the government that he also announced that in the interim the Conservative party would not buy any ad time, and urge the opposition parties to do the same. If the Conservatives spend a month and a half slamming the opposition parties how in the world will they possibly pass the budget?
